Execution unit composed of industrialized homes designed by EXarchitects

Development of two prototype homes on plots within an urban planning execution unit located in Torrelaguna (Madrid).

To support the marketing of the plots and the future creation of a residential neighborhood, a modular solution has been proposed: two housing models designed to be compatible with each other, offering future buyers the possibility to choose between Type A and Type B homes.
