- We participate in all the design and legal phases, choosing the plot, licenses and end of work.
- Your project in its entirety in 3 months. Basic project in 2 months with regular meetings with the client + 1 month of drafting the execution project.
- Preliminary project: plans, infographics (interior and exterior), work models.
- Basic / execution: Project endorsed by professional association + 2 physical copies (City Hall + property).
- Processing and presentation of documentation at the City Hall.
- Design and construction of single-family homes, adapting our proposal to the established budget.
