Las Lomas 1 is an industrialized home designed by EXarchitects for Ecotech House, located in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid. It is a pre-designed home available for purchase, conceived to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces offered by nearly 2,000 m² of land in one of Madrid’s most prestigious locations.
The house is distributed over two floors, separating daytime and nighttime use, with a clear division between the adult and youth areas. The interior layout is organized around a central courtyard that houses the staircase connecting both floors, along with a double-height space that links the common areas on the upper and lower levels.
In addition, an external guest room is designed as part of the project, which can also be used as an office with independent access from the terrace.
