EXarchitects designs the Casino Building in Adra, an exclusive residential building in the location of the old winter casino in this Almería town. Thus, it joins the list of constructions already made in the Almerian municipality, where we have our beach bars in the old district.

The building tries to make a reference to the pre-existing singular construction, by means of the alignment of its volumes as well as the implantation of the building, respecting the buildability of the plot. It is a residential building with a commercial first floor, 3 stories and a recessed penthouse.

It consists of 4 houses, premises and garages.
