Jose Francisco Salinas ”Sere” (linkedin) has a degree in Architecture as well as in Telecommunications Engineering from the ESAyA and Polytechnic School (AID) of the Universidad Europea de Madrid. Expert in the digital development of architecture through parametric design systems, use of new materials and technologies. Also Jose Francisco Salinas, is together with Roque Peña, founding partner of EXarchitects, since 2013.

Born in Almería, but based in Madrid. At the beginning of his career, during 2012 and 2013 he has taken parametric development to its final stage in the construction of two unique kiosks in the province of Almeria and other architectural projects.
